He’s been Hades’s best friend for years, and I can’t wait to learn more about their past. Zed is Hades’s right-hand man, and we were introduced to him in Kate. I figured out his “twist” pretty quickly, but it didn’t make the reveal any less enjoyable. He’s the sweet, charming one of the group, who happens to be a very talented male entertainer. I did expect her to be a bit older, but now that I’ve read the book, I get why she’s on the young side.ħth Circle is a reverse harem, and while this book is less of a harem, you can see where it’s going. We learn more about Hades’s past throughout the story, and I can’t wait to see how this plays out.
I love reading books about powerful women, and this one didn’t disappoint.
7th Circle is told from Hades’s POV, so while you see the tough exterior she puts out, you also know that she is a little insecure and a bit of a softie. Hades is a fucking badass! She’s everything I love in a main character. Okay, with that out of the way, the review. Finally, I’m not going to tell you who Hades is in this review…sorry, not sorry.
These characters are not what we call stereotypically “good,” and the book is pretty violent. First, this is not a sequel to the Madison Kate series, yes there are characters from the MK series in this book, and yes, a few of your MK favorite show up in this book (like my boy Max, sigh), but this is an entirely separate book.
